What file types are acceptable to upload?

Acceptable file formats include Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, WordPad, NotePad, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Systems, Microsoft Paint, and Adobe Photoshop.

What options do I have for when making copies?

You can choose to print in black and white or color, print single sided or double sided, use staples, utilize 2 or 3 hole punching, or have the document wirebound with or without a cover.

Is there a minimum number of copies for order?

No, there is no minimum purchase required.

What's the capacity for binders?
If you order a vinyl cover or a wire bound document, there is a 75 page maximum. If you are adding stapling to your document, the maximum is 25 sheets. If you are adding hole punching to your document, the maximum is 75 sheets.

What size paper can I print my documents on?

You can choose from 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 size paper for printing documents.

What options are available for fulfillment?

During checkout, you can select from Same Day Pickup in 2,000 stores, as well as Mail Order and Ship to Store. For banners and posters these products are available in 6,000 stores. Document printing will be available in the future for mail order.

What do I need to pay for my order?

If the order is under $35 and you are having the order fulfilled at a local store, you will pay for the order upon picking it up at the store. If the order is over $35 and you are having the order fulfilled at the local store, you will need to provide your credit card at the time of placing the order, but you will not be charged until the order is picked up at the store. If you are placing your order for ship to store or mail order, you will be required to enter your credit card at checkout and you will be charged when the order is submitted for processing.
