Creating Flat Photo Cards from the Walgreens iPad App

Once you've downloaded the Walgreens iPad App, you can easily print photo cards using your iPad.

  1. Enter the Walgreens App.
  2. Click on the Photo icon
  3. Click Photo Cards.
  4. Click Flat Cards.
  5. Select the category of cards that you are looking to order.
  6. Select the photo card you would like to create.
  7. You will be shown a preview of the card template. Click Customize to continue.
  8. To add an image, click on any gray box with a white + sign.
  9. Choose the location of the image you would like to use. You can select from Device, Facebook, Instagram, Walgreens, Google Photos, or Dropbox.
  10. Tap once to select the photo you would like to use.
  11. You will be given the option to crop or rotate your photo. When you have completed this, click Apply.
  12. For any text boxes, click inside any of the gray boxes that state Add Text.
  13. You will now see the keyboard. Type in your text. You can edit the font style, the font size, and the font color. When you have made all your edits, click Done.
  14. You will be shown a preview of your card. Click Review to continue.
  15. You will be shown a preview of your card. Click Next to continue.
  16. Select the number of sets you would like to order, as well as the quantity of sets you would like to order using the drop down menus.
  17. Enter a promotional code if you have one.
  18. Click Next.
  19. Your device will automatically display those locations that are closest to you. Tap the location you want to select. If you would like to search for a different store, enter your search information in the search box and then click on the store you would like to send your order to.
  20. Enter your first name, last name, phone number, email address.
  21. Slide the indicator to the left if you do not want to receive information from Walgreens.
  22. Slide the indicator to the right to accept the Terms & Conditions.
  23. Click Submit when you are ready to place your order.

NOTE: When taking pictures using the front facing camera on an iPad, the resolution will be extremely low, and it is advised that you do not print above a 4x6 print. Pictures that are taken with the back facing camera will produce high resolution images that can be used to print any size up to a 24x36.
