Walgreens offers customers the option to ship to store. This means that when you place an online Walgreens Photo order, you can choose to have it delivered to your local store for FREE. This is a convenient option if you are unable to accept a delivery at your home or your workplace. Q. What do I do if I receive a damaged product or not satisfied with my product?
 A. For all refunds for Ship to Store orders please contact a Walgreens.com agent at 866-264-2910. Please understand that Walgreens stores are unable to process exchanges or refunds for  Ship to Store orders at this time.

  Q. When can I expect my photo order to arrive?
   A.  Shipping will take 10 business days after processing is completed.

   Q. What do I need to bring to the store to pickup my order?
   A.  Please have either your Order Ready email or picture ID with you when you pick up your Ship to Store order.

Q. How do I pick up my Ship to Store order?
A. It's easy:
  • Wait until you receive the "ready for Pickup email.
  • Bring your photo identification or the "Ready for Pickup"email
  • Go to the photo counter at the Walgreens store you selected, and we'll go get your order!

Q. How long does the store keep my order for?
    Your local store will keep your order for 195 days before discarding. To Request a refund please contact a Walgreens.com agent at 866-264-2910.

Q. Is there a minimum order amount for Ship to Store?
 A. No. There is no minimum order amount to have your product(s) Ship to Store for FREE.

  Q. Can I ship to any store?
 A. While most Walgreens and Duane Reade locations are eligible for Ship to Store orders, not all are. You can select from a list of eligible store during checkout.
