At the Walgreens Photo Center, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're ever dissatisfied with your digital prints or merchandise for any reason, we will provide you with a full replacement or a full refund.

  • For Same Day Pickup orders picked up at your local Walgreens, please visit the store to request an exchange or refund with receipt of purchase.
    • For in-store photo pickup (Same Day Pickup) orders, we will provide a full replacement or a full refund within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days of purchase must be returned to a Store Refund card only. 
  • For mail orders, please call our customer service team toll-free, at 1-866-264-2910, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Mail order items cannot be returned to a local store.
  • For all refunds for Ship to Store for photo purchases please contact customer care at 866-264-2910. Please understand that Walgreens stores are unable to process refunds for Photo Ship to Store purchases. 
  • There is no time limit on when a refund can be issued.
Please note: You can now cancel your own photo orders, that are either mail order or ship to store. You will have a 2 hour window from the time the order is placed to cancel for any reason.
