Why is some of the image missing from my print? 1.0

Parts of your image may have been cropped from the print because standard photo printing paper is a slightly different shape from the images produced by your digital camera. All photo printing services crop digital images as needed to fit standard photo paper sizes like 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and wallet size. You can preview each image in the shopping cart before you order. This allows you to view the image cropping at the size you selected.

If you'd like to crop the photos yourself to fit a specific print size, you can use the Size Crop tool under the Crop tab in the photo editor. (See Cropping photos for more details.)

For photos printed more closely to the originals from your digital camera (with very minimal cropping), order TrueDigital prints for mail order. (See What are True Digital prints? for details.)

We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our photos. You may return any of the prints that you are not satisfied with to the store for a refund.
