What is cache?
It is a means of helping to improve how fast data is opened while browsing the internet. In most cases, each time a web page is opened, the content is sent to your temporary internet files. The next time you visit a page that you have previously opened, it will open from the cache rather than downloading the content on the page again.

How does cache affect my session on
By using cache to open the site, you are not getting the most current version of the site. Normally, this would be fine, but we frequently do updates to our site. So, if updates were made to the site, you will not see the changes because you don't have the most current version of the page. You will not be able to see the changes without clearing the cache on your computer.

How can I clear the cache on my computer?
To ensure you have the most current instructions on how to clear the cache on your internet browser, please use the links below to access the support section of the browser that you are using. Please note that once you access the links below, you will need to search the terms "clear cache" to find information related to that topic. Generally, the search box is located at the top right of the page.
