When you download high-resolution (hi-res) versions of your photos, you get high-quality digital picture files you can use in a variety of ways.
To download an individual high resolution (hi-res) photos:
From the logged in photo home page, click My Photos.
Click on the album that contains the image you would like to download.
Click the magnifying glass on the photo that you would like to download to your device.
At the top right of the page, click the Download icon.
The file will now start to download, and once it is complete, you can click on the download icon on your device to open and save the image to your device.
To download multiple high resolution (hi-res) photos:
From the logged in photo home page, click My Photos.
Click on the album that contains the image you would like to download.
Select the check mark on each image that you would like to download. Please note that you have the ability to download up to 50 images at one time.
Click Options on the left side of the page.
Click Download.The zip file will now start to download, and once it is complete, you can click the zip file icon on your device to open and save the images to your device.
Please note that the image you download with have the same resolution as the image that you originally uploaded. Also note that download of photos is not an available option on mobile site.
