If you are able to login, hover over your name at the top of the page and click Account Home.

1.  Click on the Settings & Payments tab
2.  Click Security Information 
3.  Click Username & Password
4.  You will then be asked to verify your identity
5.  You will now be able to update your password. Please note that your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, and contain 1 number.
