Mail-for-Me is a service for Photo where customers can place an order and chose to have their card mailed out to recipient from the store. There is a fee involved for mailing. Below are a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding this service.

Q: What is Mail-for-Me?
A: Mail-for-Me is a new service that allows Walgreens to print and send select photo cards directly to your recipients.

Q: What cards are eligible for the Mail-for-Me service?
A: At this time our 5x7 flat and folded photo cards as well as our photo postcards can be sent via the Mail-for-Me service with more products coming soon.

Q: How many Mail-for-Me cards can I send at a time?
A: You may send up to 5 unique individual Mail-for-Me cards in one order.

Q: Do I have to come to a Walgreens store for pickup?
A: No! just pay online and we will print in our store and mail it for you.

Q: Do I have to pay postage for my Mail-for-Me order?
A: No! The shipping cost is covered in your order total.

Q: How long will it take for my Mail-for-Me cards to arrive?
A: Mail-for-Me cards are sent via USPS with 1st class mail.

Q: Are there any shipping restrictions for the Mail-for-Me service?
A: At this time Mail-for-Me cards can be shipped to all US addresses including APO and FPO.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you will have 2 hours to cancel your order. Please note that you may not immediately be able to cancel your order, as it can take up to 5 minutes to process to through the system. After 5 minutes have passed, please try to cancel your order on our website. If problems persist, please do not hesitate to call Customer Care at Call 866-264-2910 toll-free, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.

Q: How to import my CSV file for recipient address import?
A. To correctly import a CSV file from excel please enter all information into one column separated by semicolons. Example: recipient name;address 1;address 2;city;state;zip. For address2 if there is no “address 2” please put a space between the semicolon of address1 and address 2.

Example of address with 2 lines for the address:
Walgreens Shopper;200 Wilmot Rd;Apt 1;Deerfield,IL;60015

Example of address with 1 line for the address:
Walgreens Shopper;200 Wilmot Rd; ;Deerfield;IL;60156

Q. Why do I keep getting an error when I import my csv file with addresses?
A: Please ensure all address info is in a single cell in the row (eg., A1) vs split across several excel columns
Ensure no extra spaces before or after the “;” field separators
Ensure no punctuation in your addresses (.,’)
If no 2nd address info, reflect that field as: ;; (123 Main St;;Union City;MA;12345)
If you address list has bullets and you want to copy and paste into file, paste as plain text to remove any formatting.
